The North Bucks Harness Club is a small and friendly group started in 1987 with the aim of sharing their enjoyment of carriage driving with other like-minded people. The clubs activities cover not only North Bucks but North Oxfordshire and the southern part of Northamptonshire. Likewise members also come from North Oxfordshire and the southern part of Northamptonshire as well as the central and southern parts of Buckinghamshire. The Club concentrates on the non-competitive side of the sport with monthly drives and social events throughout the summer. In the winter social evenings take over normally involving a pub, food and good company. There are also many non-driving members who help and support the club with the running of drives and events and by attending socials. By joining our club you will not only meet with other carriage driving enthusiasts but also get the opportunity to drive through some of the countries most stunning scenery including Stowe Landscaped gardens.
